A typical project will begin with a preliminary phase. During this phase, Burton will gather information from the client and the project site to create concept drawings. These drawings are then reviewed with the client and adjusted as required to meet the client's wishes. After the client's approval of the preliminary drawings, detailed construction documents are created. These drawings are used for bidding, building permit application and construction by your general contactor.
Other professional services are available, including bidding services, shop drawing review, and review of payment applications. Burton also has a network of special consultants that can be brought to the project team as required.
We are committed to thoughtful and creative design solutions with professional service. Call for an appointment today. (609) 607-1659 Sincerely, Malcolm C. Burton, AIA NCARB CDT
